Origins

Origins is Club Eden’s flagship series inviting artists to explore the endemic sounds of the underground. In partnership with legendary nature recordist Martyn Stewart and The Listening Planet, artists weave natural and cultural sounds unique to their heritage region. A counter to the homogenizing force of the globalized music landscape, the series proposes a sonic terroir: a place-based vernacular that unites the diverse music traditions of a region, threaded together by the influence of its biosphere.
